- Propose and test improvements that scale as Rain's network and client base grows.

- Assist in day-to-day network operations, including data gathering, internal reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Job Roles at Rain Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Rain Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with Rain's core technology stack
Rain builds financial infrastructure, so engineering, product, and data roles are likeliest to receive H-1B or F-1 OPT sponsorship. Focus your application on positions where your technical skills directly support their earned wage access platform.
Emphasize fintech domain knowledge in your application
Rain operates at the intersection of technology and financial services. Candidates who can speak to payroll infrastructure, API integrations, or financial compliance are more likely to stand out in a company where specialized technical knowledge drives the product.
Confirm sponsorship willingness before deep in the process
Since Rain sponsors selectively, it's worth asking early in the recruiter screen whether sponsorship is available for your target role. Phrasing it as a logistical question rather than a demand tends to land better in smaller tech environments.
Use verified sponsorship data to target your search
Not every tech company that mentions sponsorship follows through consistently. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you prioritize companies like Rain that have a confirmed track record.
Tailor your resume for TN eligibility if you're Canadian or Mexican
Rain sponsors TN visas, which process quickly and don't require a lottery. If you qualify for TN under a covered profession, such as engineer, systems analyst, or accountant, highlight that eligibility clearly in your application materials.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Rain sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Rain does sponsor H-1B visas. Sponsorship at Rain tends to be selective rather than high-volume, so it's most common for specialized technical roles where the company has a clear business need. If you're targeting Rain for H-1B sponsorship, confirming the specific role's eligibility early in the recruiter conversation is a smart first step.
Which visa types does Rain sponsor?
Rain sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, and TN visas. F-1 OPT is a strong entry point for recent graduates since it allows you to start working while the H-1B process unfolds. TN sponsorship makes Rain an accessible option for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional roles without the uncertainty of the H-1B lottery.
Which departments or roles at Rain are most likely to offer visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Rain is most associated with technical and product-focused positions. Software engineering, data, and infrastructure roles that directly support Rain's earned wage access platform are the most likely candidates. Business operations or generalist roles are less consistently sponsored, so aligning your application to the company's core technology needs improves your odds.
How do I find current visa-sponsored job openings at Rain?
Migrate Mate lists open roles at verified sponsoring companies, including Rain, so you can filter specifically for positions where sponsorship has been confirmed. This saves time compared to applying broadly and discovering late in the process that sponsorship isn't available for a given role or location.
How do I improve my chances of getting sponsored by Rain?
Because Rain sponsors a modest number of visas each year, your application needs to demonstrate a clear technical fit with their product and infrastructure. Highlight relevant fintech or payments experience, confirm sponsorship availability in the first recruiter conversation, and if you qualify for TN status, mention it, TN sponsorship is faster and less complex than H-1B, which can make you a more attractive candidate.
