Target clinical and licensed roles first
Riveon's sponsorship activity is concentrated in healthcare delivery. Roles requiring licensure, such as therapists, counselors, and clinical coordinators, are where international candidates have historically found the strongest pathway to visa support.
Understand which visa fits your situation
Riveon sponsors multiple visa types including H-1B, TN, J-1, and F-1 OPT and CPT. Knowing which visa applies to your status before you apply helps you frame your candidacy clearly and shows hiring managers you've done the groundwork.
Align your credentials with U.S. licensure requirements
Mental health employers like Riveon operate in a heavily regulated industry. International candidates should verify their credentials meet state licensure standards before applying, this directly affects whether sponsorship is feasible for a given role.
Use OPT or CPT as an entry point
If you're currently on an F-1 visa, Riveon's willingness to support OPT and CPT makes it a realistic employer for students in clinical psychology, social work, or counseling programs looking to gain supervised hours while maintaining legal work status.
Search for open roles on Migrate Mate
When targeting healthcare employers with verified sponsorship history, start with a focused search. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, useful when evaluating Riveon alongside other behavioral health employers.
Prepare for a values-driven hiring process
Mental health and recovery organizations like Riveon tend to hire for mission fit alongside clinical qualifications. International applicants should be ready to speak to their commitment to behavioral health care, not just their technical credentials or visa eligibility.
