Frame Your Experience Around Contract Operations
SBM operates in facilities and outsourcing environments where Customer Service Management means overseeing multi-site teams under service-level agreements. Tailor your resume to show experience managing KPIs, client escalations, and shift coverage in contract or B2B service settings.
Verify Your Employer's E-Verify Enrollment Early
F-1 OPT authorization requires your employer to be enrolled in E-Verify before your start date. Confirm SBM's enrollment through the official E-Verify employer search before accepting an offer, since any gap can put your work authorization at risk.
Target Roles With Multi-Site Oversight Explicitly Listed
SBM's Customer Service Management openings vary widely in scope. Roles that include regional or account-level responsibility are more likely to trigger H-1B sponsorship conversations than single-location supervisor positions, so filter your search by those criteria from the start.
Find Open Positions Through Migrate Mate
SBM Management Services posts Customer Service Management roles across dozens of locations. Use Migrate Mate to filter their openings by visa sponsorship type so you're only applying to positions where your authorization needs are already accounted for.
Prepare Your LCA Documentation Before the Offer Stage
For H-1B sponsorship, your employer files a Labor Condition Application with DOL before USCIS receives the petition. Understanding the prevailing wage requirements for your specific worksite location helps you have an informed conversation with SBM's HR team during negotiations.
Use TN Status If Your Role Qualifies Under USMCA
Canadian and Mexican nationals in management roles may qualify for TN status if the position meets the USMCA management consultant or related category criteria. TN has no lottery and can be processed at the border, which sidesteps H-1B cap timing entirely.

Find Customer Service Management at SBM Management Services JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does SBM Management Services sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Service Managements?
Yes, SBM Management Services has sponsored H-1B visas for Customer Service Management roles. Sponsorship is more common for positions that carry regional oversight or account-level responsibility within their outsourcing contracts. If you're targeting H-1B sponsorship specifically, focus your application on roles that list multi-site or client-facing management scope, and raise sponsorship early in the recruiter conversation to confirm the position is eligible.
How do I apply for Customer Service Management jobs at SBM Management Services?
You can apply directly through SBM Management Services' careers page or find their open Customer Service Management roles filtered by visa sponsorship type on Migrate Mate. Before applying, confirm the specific location and contract type listed in the posting, since SBM's hiring is distributed across facilities accounts nationwide and requirements can differ significantly by site.
Which visa types are commonly used for Customer Service Management roles at SBM Management Services?
SBM Management Services has sponsored H-1B visas and accommodated F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT holders in Customer Service Management roles. TN status is also an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals if the specific role aligns with a qualifying USMCA category. The right visa pathway depends on your nationality, your current status, and the seniority level of the role you're targeting.
What qualifications are expected for Customer Service Management positions at SBM Management Services?
SBM typically looks for candidates with experience managing service teams in contract, facilities, or outsourcing environments. A bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field strengthens your application and is often required for H-1B specialty occupation eligibility. Demonstrated experience with KPI tracking, client relationship management, and scheduling across multi-person teams is consistently valued across their Customer Service Management postings.
How do I think about timing if I'm on F-1 OPT and targeting a Customer Service Management role at SBM?
F-1 OPT gives you up to 12 months of work authorization after graduation, with a possible 24-month STEM extension if your degree qualifies. If you want SBM to file an H-1B petition on your behalf, the cap-subject filing window opens in March each year for an October 1 start. That means you need an offer in place well before March to give your employer enough lead time to prepare the petition and LCA through DOL.
