As a Senior Software Engineer, you will drive critical projects, own core components, and enhance system performance. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions with minimal guidance while mentoring others and improving development processes.

- Own & Develop Features: Lead development of core features and systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Deliver High-Impact Solutions: Ship high-quality projects efficiently and ensure timely completion.
- Solve Complex Problems: Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively.
- Enhance Processes: Improve development workflows and champion best practices.
- Collaborate & Mentor: Lead small teams, foster cross-functional relationships, and mentor junior engineers.
- Contribute to Engineering Culture: Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and diversity initiatives to strengthen the team.
