Target roles that align with specialty occupation requirements
Stevens Transport's sponsorship activity falls under Consulting and Professional Services, meaning roles that require a specific bachelor's degree field are the strongest fit. Focus your applications on positions where your degree directly matches the job's core duties.
Understand the H-1B lottery timeline before applying
If you're targeting an H-1B with Stevens Transport, time your application push for roles posted in late 2025 through early 2026. H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed by April 1, so employers need to commit well before then.
Canadian and Mexican professionals should ask about TN eligibility
Stevens Transport sponsors TN visas, which don't involve a lottery and can be arranged faster than H-1B. If you're a Canadian or Mexican national in a qualifying professional role, raise TN eligibility early in the hiring conversation.
Use Migrate Mate to filter for verified sponsors in your field
Not every consulting firm openly advertises its sponsorship willingness. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your energy on companies like Stevens Transport that have an active track record.
Prepare to explain your visa situation clearly and early
Professional services firms evaluate sponsorship cost and complexity alongside hiring decisions. Being prepared to walk a recruiter through your current status, authorized work period, and visa pathway signals maturity and reduces friction in the process.

Find Stevens Transport JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Stevens Transport sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Stevens Transport sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active sponsorship history in the Consulting and Professional Services industry. If you're targeting an H-1B with Stevens Transport, expect the process to begin several months before the April 1 filing deadline, as the employer needs time to file a Labor Condition Application and prepare the petition.
Which visa types does Stevens Transport sponsor?
Stevens Transport sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and J-1 visas. This range makes it accessible to a broad set of international candidates, from students completing practical training to professionals seeking long-term work authorization. Canadian and Mexican nationals in particular should ask about the TN pathway, which bypasses the H-1B lottery entirely.
What types of roles at Stevens Transport are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Stevens Transport is most common in roles that meet the H-1B specialty occupation standard, meaning positions that typically require a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field. In a Consulting and Professional Services context, this tends to include analytical, technical, and advisory roles. Generalist or administrative positions are less likely to qualify for H-1B sponsorship.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Stevens Transport?
The most reliable way is to use Migrate Mate, which aggregates job listings from verified sponsors and lets you filter specifically for companies with a real sponsorship history, including Stevens Transport. This saves time compared to sorting through listings that don't disclose sponsorship status, so you can focus your applications where they're most likely to lead somewhere.
How do I approach the sponsorship conversation when interviewing at Stevens Transport?
Bring it up early, ideally during the recruiter screen rather than waiting until an offer stage. Be clear about your current visa status, how long your work authorization lasts, and which visa pathway you'd need next. Professional services employers appreciate candidates who understand the process, as it signals you won't create unexpected delays or complications once an offer is extended.
