- Configure and maintain HFM applications including metadata, rules, forms, workflows, consolidations, and reporting structures.
- Support financial close, consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and statutory reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, data load processes, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across ERP, EPM, and BI environments to improve data flow and reporting accuracy.
- Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and provide production support.
- Support system testing, UAT coordination, training, and documentation efforts.
- Assist with finance transformation initiatives including process standardization, automation, and reporting modernization.
- Provide guidance on best practices related to Oracle Hyperion and broader EPM strategy.
