ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an opportunity to work within a mature, well-resourced Anaplan CoE, partnering with product owners, tech leads, and delivery professionals to advance financial forecasting capabilities. You will configure, build, and optimize Anaplan applications across expense management, FP&A, and forecasted financial statements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure and build Anaplan applications using modern design patterns and architectural principles
- Design business logic and integration patterns with the broader enterprise ecosystem
- Build and maintain models across expense management, FP&A, and forecasted financial statements
- Write integration tests and functional automation; troubleshoot and resolve issues identified by QA or product support
- Partner cross-functionally with product owners and business analysts within the CoE
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to team members
- Work on complex problems requiring evaluation of both quantitative data and intangible variables
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of Anaplan model-building experience
- 3+ years supporting FP&A or Sales Finance functions with knowledge of end-to-end business processes
- Anaplan Professional Model Builder Certification required
- Experience with agile development methodologies and test-driven development
- Demonstrated ability to translate spreadsheet-based processes into Anaplan with minimal support
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) or experience with other multidimensional modeling tools
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with data model design, integrations, security, and access control within Anaplan
- Background in unit, interface, and end-user testing (functional and non-functional)
- Project or product management experience including agile scaling across multiple teams
- Financial acumen across balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, budget, and forecast
POSITION DETAILS
