- Stakeholder coordination: serve as the key liaison with internal and external stakeholders to support the schedules and regional priorities.
- The CCO is London-based with frequent travel to the US, and we're seeking a candidate who can seamlessly accommodate her schedule.
- Additional ad hoc administrative support as needed.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize effectively among competing demands.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Direct experience managing logistics for executives' media and event appearances.

Focus on technical and AI-adjacent roles
WRITER's engineering, machine learning, and product teams are where visa sponsorship is most likely to be available. Targeting roles that align with its core AI platform work gives you the strongest footing for a sponsored position.
Australian candidates should prioritize the E-3
WRITER has sponsored E-3 visas, making it a realistic option for Australian nationals in qualifying specialty occupations. The E-3 is faster and simpler to process than the H-1B, which can make sponsorship an easier conversation with hiring managers.
Canadian and Mexican candidates should ask about TN eligibility
WRITER sponsors TN visas, which are processed without a lottery and have a relatively straightforward approval path. If your occupation qualifies under USMCA categories, the TN is worth raising early in the hiring conversation.
Verify sponsorship history before applying
Not every role at a tech company comes with sponsorship, even when the company has a track record. Use Migrate Mate to filter by verified sponsorship history so you're applying to roles where sponsorship is already confirmed, not assumed.
Lead with your technical depth in applications
WRITER builds AI tools for enterprise content workflows. Candidates who can demonstrate expertise in language models, software engineering, or enterprise SaaS stand out in a hiring process where sponsorship requires the employer to justify the hire to USCIS.
Get your documents in order before the offer stage
AI software companies move quickly through hiring cycles. Having your degree certificates, transcripts, and employment history ready before you receive an offer prevents delays once WRITER's HR team initiates the visa process with their immigration counsel.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does WRITER sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, WRITER sponsors H-1B visas. The H-1B is the primary work visa for specialty occupation roles in the U.S., and WRITER has used it to hire international talent in technical positions. Given the annual H-1B lottery, candidates should also ask whether WRITER is open to E-3 visa or TN visa pathways if they qualify, as those avoid the lottery entirely.
Which visa types does WRITER sponsor?
WRITER sponsors H-1B, E-3, and TN visas. The H-1B applies broadly to international candidates in specialty occupations. The E-3 is exclusive to Australian citizens, while the TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in eligible occupational categories under USMCA. If you qualify for the E-3 or TN, those are often faster paths than the H-1B.
Which roles at WRITER are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at WRITER is most commonly associated with technical roles, including software engineering, machine learning, and product development positions tied to its AI platform. These roles typically require specialized degree backgrounds that align well with specialty occupation requirements under H-1B and E-3 standards. Go-to-market and operations roles may be less consistent for sponsorship.
How do I find open roles at WRITER that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate lists roles at verified sponsoring employers, including WRITER, so you can filter specifically for positions tied to real sponsorship history rather than relying on job descriptions that may not mention it. Searching by company name on Migrate Mate shows current openings alongside WRITER's sponsorship track record, giving you context before you apply.
How do I approach the sponsorship conversation with WRITER's recruiting team?
Raise your visa status early, ideally before the first interview if possible, so the recruiting team can confirm the role is eligible for sponsorship before significant time is invested on both sides. If you're an Australian or Canadian national, mentioning your E-3 or TN eligibility upfront often makes the conversation easier, as those visa types involve less cost and complexity for the employer than the H-1B.
