How do I get a compliance job in Miami?
Focus your search on Brickell and Downtown, where Miami's largest banks, insurance carriers, and fintech firms concentrate their compliance teams. Healthcare systems anchored in the Civic Center area also hire steadily. Candidates with experience in anti-money laundering, BSA, or healthcare regulatory work have a clear edge in Miami's market, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish strengthens applications at locally headquartered firms.
Which companies hire compliances in Miami?
Miami compliance roles are posted by Gemini, Florida International University, and FIFA and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Miami's market skews toward large financial institutions, regional banks, hospital systems, and multinational corporations with Latin American operations that maintain active local compliance functions.
Are there remote compliance jobs in Miami?
Yes, though availability depends heavily on the role type. Desk-based work such as policy review, regulatory reporting, and monitoring tends to go remote or hybrid, while roles requiring on-site audits or branch oversight rarely do. About 85% of compliance openings tied to Miami are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, with the highest remote share among roles at technology-forward financial firms in Brickell.
