What You’ll Do
- Draft, review, and organize contracts, regulatory filings, and other legal documents.
- Conduct research on laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to fintech and payments.
- Assist with audits, risk assessments, and compliance workflows.
- Provide executive and legal support across departments.
- Collaborate with international teams to strengthen risk and fraud controls.
- Support corporate governance, licenses, filings, and other regulatory obligations.
- Lead ad hoc research and special projects related to international business and legal compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Law, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience (Big 4 background a plus).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with compliance processes (audits, reporting, documentation).
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Willingness to travel globally for business.
- Bonus: Multilingual or cross-border fintech experience.
