- Organizes, archives, and systematically updates active and inactive physical student files in compliance with FERPA and IDEA regulations.
- Prepares and packages student compliance files for end-of-year processing, facilitating secure transfer to subsequent educational locations or next-grade placements.
- Cross-references database entries against physical files to verify that all mandatory compliance documentation remains current, complete, and readily accessible for formal audits.
- Submits validated, high-integrity monthly data changes and compliance reports to district office leadership personnel.

Administrative Operations & Support Coordination:
- Conducts ongoing non-directive, supportive outreach to teachers and school-site staff with coordinators to assist them in meeting data-entry deadlines and technical compliance standards.
- Maintains accurate, detailed logs of field mileage and site-visit schedules incurred during mobile school-support deployments.

Spreadsheet Formulation and Data Analysis: Advanced proficiency in manipulating spreadsheet formulas and data filtration systems within Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to handle large datasets securely.- Special Education Records Standards: Comprehensive foundational understanding of document retention, file organization, and student privacy laws (FERPA/IDEA) surrounding sensitive special education records.
- Detail Orientation and Quality Control: Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail, enabling the identification of minor data anomalies, missing signatures, or scheduling discrepancies across hundreds of active files.
- Supportive Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to interface positively and productively with colleagues, teachers, and administrators, maintaining a helpful, non-directive customer-service posture.
- Autonomous Task Management: Demonstrated ability to work independently, execute structured workflows without constant direct supervision, and meet rigid monthly reporting timelines.
- Professional Conduct: Ability to strictly maintain standards of professional conduct, handle confidential student data with absolute discretion, and represent the central district office professionally.
