Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year

An established GC with a long-standing presence in the Phoenix market is expanding their preconstruction team, focused on commercial, hospitality, and high-end mixed-use projects across Central Phoenix and Scottsdale. They’re adding an Estimator who can support both negotiated and hard-bid work, with a clear path toward a Sr. Estimator role. The company’s projects are typically concentrated in the Biltmore, Arcadia, and Scottsdale corridors, keeping commutes localized.

Responsibilities

- Full-cycle estimating (concept through GMP)

- Quantity takeoffs and cost modeling
- Collaboration with operations and leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3–8 years of estimating experience with a GC
- Background in commercial, hospitality, or multifamily projects
- Strong familiarity with local subcontractor market
