What you will do:
- Perform quantity takeoffs from construction plans and occasional site visits, primarily for insulation and drywall, and also covering steel studs, painting, and gypsum floor underlayment
- Build labor and material estimates for insulation, drywall, and other specialty trades, and write clear, professional proposals.
- Clarify the scope with builders and general contractors, and document assumptions and exclusions.
- Support winning bids with timely clarifications, practical alternates, and clean scopes.
- Create handoff packages for operations once awarded, including budgets and scope sheets.
- Track awarded jobs against the estimate to support profitability and lessons learned.
- Maintain organized project notes and customer communications in our system.

- Clear written and verbal communication, strong organization, and attention to detail
- Able to visit active job sites as needed
