The Construction Services Intern will support project teams in both field and office environments, assisting with construction administration, site observations, documentation, and coordination efforts.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with construction administration tasks including submittals, RFIs, and meeting documentation
- Participate in site visits to observe progress and document field conditions
- Support coordination between contractors, design teams, and clients
- Review drawings and specifications to understand project requirements
- Assist with preconstruction efforts such as takeoffs and cost support
- Monitor project progress related to schedule, quality, and safety
- Utilize tools such as Procore and Bluebeam
- Maintain organized project documentation and logs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide general project support as needed
Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Entering junior or senior year
- Basic understanding of construction processes preferred
