We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Construction Site Superintendent to lead projects safely, on schedule, and with exceptional quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day field operations from project start through completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Manage schedules, site logistics, and material deliveries.
- Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce OSHA standards.
- Ensure quality workmanship and resolve field issues.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, inspectors, and subcontractors.
- Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
- Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of commercial Superintendent experience.
- Experience with ground-up, tenant improvement (TI), and restaurant construction.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office; Procore experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Experience working in occupied facilities and renovation environments.
