Role Summary
The Content Enablement Product Analyst will assist in advancing the Marketing Content Enablement strategy through the adoption of COPE (create once, publish everywhere) content practices, AI-enabled solutions, and business-driven approaches to content management. This role partners with business, technology, and Marketing stakeholders to pursue opportunities that improve content creation, reuse, governance, and client experience.
The analyst understands user needs, defines requirements, translates them into user stories, and supports the development of solutions. Data collection and analysis are also key aspects of the role, generating insights that inform workflow optimization and strategic business decision-making.
Success in this role requires strong analytic and project management skills, a working knowledge of structured and reusable content principles, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in delivering measurable business outcomes through innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Solutions Delivery— Supports refinement activities within a product team, specifically defining and writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and user interface design for platform and product enhancements; activities to include obtaining acceptance and alignment from stakeholders for the recommended enhancements, documenting requirements along with prioritization, user acceptance testing, and working with technology teams to deliver enhancements that generate business value.
- Assessing Experience— Analyzes workflow and feedback to validate that products work as desired relative to key performance indicators. Regularly reviews quantitative and qualitative performance indicators, including operational metrics, client surveys, direct client feedback, and associate feedback, escalating issues to product owners as necessary. Leverages understanding of competitive landscape to identify and propose changes to enhance experience.
- Business Analytics— Provides consultative support to product owners and other stakeholders as it relates to existing and potentially new deliverables to enhance client experiences. Shares findings and provides business insight to product owners as needed. Works closely with platform analysts to interpret data and uses insight to inform necessary changes.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 2+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience facilitating projects with cross-functional working groups and stakeholders
- Experience with agile project management and platforms like Rally/Jira. This includes translating business needs into requirements, prioritizing requests, and measuring outcomes.
- Strong technical skills in using Content Management Systems (CMS) like Adobe Experience Manager and Seismic
- Experience in the investment management/financial services or other regulated industry
- Proficient in LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI governance AND
- Interest in applying emerging tools and technology to improve delivery, operational efficiency, and scalable business outcomes.

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
Base Salary Ranges

$77,000.00 - $131,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$84,500.00 - $144,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$96,500.00 - $164,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
