Job Overview:
The Sr. Marketing Specialist, AI Content Strategy will play a critical role in evolving our digital marketing approach from campaign-driven execution to always-on, search-led customer engagement. This role is responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that ensures our brands are visible, trusted, and influential across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven platforms.
This individual will focus on building a scalable content engine centered on customer problems, technical expertise, and high-intent search behavior to drive qualified traffic, improve conversion, and increase pipeline contribution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a search-led content strategy aligned to business priorities, customer needs, and high-intent queries
- Identify and prioritize customer questions, use cases, and problem statements to inform content creation
- Create and optimize content for AI-driven search environments (AEO), including featured snippets, AI summaries, and conversational interfaces
- Partner with SEO/Web team to ensure content is optimized for technical SEO, structure, and discoverability
- Collaborate with Brand/Demand teams to align content with campaigns, product positioning, and commercial objectives
- Build and scale content hubs and topic clusters to establish authority in priority areas
- Translate technical product and engineering concepts into clear, customer-focused content
- Leverage performance data and insights to continuously test, learn, and optimize content effectiveness
- Ensure content is reusable across channels including web, email, eCommerce, and sales enablement
- Serve as the AI champion within the Demand Generation team, identifying and implementing innovative approaches to improve content development efficiency, scalability, and quality
- Stay current on evolving trends in AI search, content strategy, and digital customer behavior
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in content strategy, SEO, digital marketing, or related field
- 1+ years of experience developing content for technical or industrial products
- 1+ years of experience in SEO fundamentals and content optimization
- 1+ years of experience in AI-driven search platforms and evolving search behavior
- 1+ years of experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging
- 1+ years of experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams

- Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as GA4, SEMrush, or similar platforms
- Bias for action: Moves quickly from insight to execution; tests, learns, and iterates in fast-changing AI and search environments
- Navigates ambiguity: Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information as platforms, algorithms, and customer behavior evolve
- Customer-led and analytical: Anchors content in real customer needs and uses data to continuously optimize performance
