About the Role:
As a CBRE Contract Support Senior Analyst, you will provide advanced contract administration support, managing supplier agreements, certifications, and critical documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare advanced agreements for contracted services. This includes preparing new contracts, renewals, and amendments.
- Oversee the coordinator of compliance procedures, facility maintenance, and landscaping requirements with vendors.
- Review identified safety, operational, and maintenance issues. Confirm scheduled support for special facility maintenance and repair projects.
- Manage vendor performance using established processes and systems. Prepare complex reports for review.
- Guide the project management process involving internal and external contributors and vendors.
- Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
- Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
- Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
- Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
