What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
- Help residents improve independence with activities of daily living, mobility, safety, and functional skills
- Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes with the supervising OT
- Collaborate with nursing, wellness, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Create a positive, person-centered therapy experience for residents
