What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Implement individualized treatment plans.
- Accurately collect and document session data.
- Support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Maintain a safe and structured therapy environment.
- Communicate with families and clinical team.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (transcripts required).
- Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required) and willingness to travel between client homes.
- Valid negative TB test.
- Ability to meet state credentialing requirements.
- Completion of onboarding requirements.
Pay & Perks:
- Onboarding Incentive Available.
- COVID Pay: +$3.20/hour.
- Shift Differential: +$1.50/hour for shifts starting at 3:00 PM or later.
- Paid training provided (no ABA experience required).
