Dragonfly is excited to offer an IMMEDIATE, full time position in our Post Falls location for an ambitious, self starting, Licensed Masters level counselor to help us grow and shift our programs to meet our community needs. This individual will be self motivated and excited about working with people in both Substance use and mental health.

Requirements:
- Must be or quickly able to be licensed in the State of Idaho as a LMSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC or LMFT
- Must be able to pass an Idaho background check
- Must be willing to work with individuals in mental health and substance use
- Must be fun loving, enjoy laughing while working hard.
- Must be willing to work with Director and Program Manager to develop new programs and offerings for the clinic.
- Willing to work some early evenings
- Ability to utilize technology based programs.
- Ability to self initiate and manage accountability of self.
- Ability to laugh and have fun in a professional environment.
- Ability to be open, ask questions and facilitate healthy communication.
Preferred:
- Work with Adolescents and looking to build programs
