INTRODUCTION
This opportunity is a PAID INTERNSHIP at $20/hour.
As a Growth Marketing & SEO Intern on Blueprint’s fast-growing team, you will make an important and lasting impact on how we market to and communicate with the hundreds of thousands of mental health therapists working every day to support clients when they need it most.
Blueprint is building the AI Assistant for mental health clinicians. Therapists can use Blueprint alongside their existing EHR, or as an AI-assisted EHR, to help with documentation, admin, clinical support, scheduling, billing, and the work that happens before, during, and after every session.
In this role, you will work directly with our growth marketing team and collaborate with Blueprint’s clinical team to create clear, useful, search-optimized content for therapists. You are not expected to have clinical expertise yourself. Instead, you should be curious, organized, a strong writer and researcher, and excited to learn how to use AI to accelerate research, content creation, and marketing execution.
This is a strong opportunity for a student or early-career marketer who wants to learn how growth marketing works inside a fast-growing startup. SEO and content will be the core focus, but you will also get exposure to how our team thinks about positioning, website strategy, acquisition, landing pages, conversion, paid and organic channels, and the path from someone discovering Blueprint to becoming a customer.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll work on projects like these:
- Use AI tools to support research, outlining, drafting, editing, summarizing, and organizing marketing content.
- Help create and improve website content, including blog posts, resource guides, landing pages, comparison pages, glossary content, and updates to existing pages.
- Collaborate with Blueprint’s clinical team to turn expert input into clear, accurate, practical content for therapists.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for organic search growth.
- Review search results, competitor pages, and therapist pain points to understand what content Blueprint should create or improve.
- Help organize SEO research, content briefs, drafts, clinical review notes, and performance insights so the marketing team can move faster.
- Support web content, landing pages, and conversion-focused copy that help therapists understand Blueprint’s value.
- Review existing website pages and suggest improvements to clarity, structure, internal linking, and search intent alignment.
- Learn how the growth marketing team prioritizes ideas, tests messaging, measures performance, and improves marketing channels over time.
- Review clinician feedback, customer conversations, and market research to identify themes that can inform future content.
- Contribute to fast-moving marketing projects across SEO, content, website strategy, product marketing, and growth experiments.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, current enrollment in a degree program, or equivalent education and work experience.

- High curiosity and willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong interest in using AI tools to improve research, writing, organization, and execution.
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Ability to take feedback and improve work quickly.

Get Access To All JobsGrowth Marketing Manager CPT: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Growth Marketing Manager role qualify for CPT?
Yes, if the position connects directly to your enrolled curriculum. Programs in marketing, business analytics, data science, or communications typically support this role. Your DSO will evaluate the job duties against your coursework, so the offer letter must describe responsibilities like campaign strategy, funnel analysis, or performance marketing rather than general administrative tasks.
Can I do CPT as a Growth Marketing Manager at a startup?
You can, but startups require extra due diligence. Confirm the company has a valid Employer Identification Number and is enrolled in E-Verify before your DSO submits the CPT authorization. Many early-stage companies haven't hired international students before and may need guidance on the I-9 verification process for CPT students.
How do I find Growth Marketing Manager jobs that accept CPT?
Migrate Mate lets you browse Growth Marketing Manager postings filtered by employers with documented work authorization history, so you can focus on companies that already understand F-1 employment requirements. Growth-stage tech, SaaS, and e-commerce companies are the most common hirers for this role with CPT students.
What job duties must the Growth Marketing Manager role include for CPT approval?
Your DSO needs to see duties that map to your degree program. For marketing or business students, that means responsibilities like user acquisition strategy, A/B testing, marketing attribution, or lifecycle campaigns. Roles where the primary work is content scheduling or social media posting without an analytical component are harder to justify for CPT in a graduate program.
Does part-time CPT as a Growth Marketing Manager count toward my OPT limit?
Part-time CPT, defined as fewer than 20 hours per week, does not affect your OPT eligibility regardless of how many semesters you use it. Full-time CPT totaling 12 or more months eliminates OPT entirely. If you plan to work full-time across multiple semesters in this role, confirm the cumulative hours with your DSO before signing.
