HOW YOU'LL SHINE:
- Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners
- Conduct in-person sales presentations
- Articulate the benefit of traveling with Wyndham Travel + Leisure
- Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
- Assist with recruiting, training and managing of all sales new hires
- Assist with and attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Wyndham Sales Experience required
- Proven track record of maintaining production standards
- Overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle
- Must be energetic, outgoing, and tenacious
- No travel required outside of the home site’s area
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred

Can F-1 students on CPT work as in-house counsel before passing the bar?
Yes, but your role must be structured appropriately. Most in-house CPT positions for pre-bar JD students are titled legal intern, law clerk, or junior legal analyst and require supervision by a licensed attorney. Many corporate legal departments don't advertise CPT eligibility in job postings, so filtering by employers with a track record of hiring international students saves significant time and avoids offers that fall through during authorization.
Does CPT for an in-house role count against my OPT eligibility later?
Part-time CPT, regardless of duration, does not affect your OPT eligibility. Full-time CPT totaling 12 months or more eliminates OPT eligibility entirely. If you plan to use OPT after graduation, track your full-time CPT hours carefully across all authorized positions and confirm cumulative totals with your DSO before each new authorization.
What documents do I need to show an in-house employer before CPT starts?
You'll need a CPT-endorsed I-20 issued by your DSO, which serves as your work authorization document. Your employer will use it to complete your I-9 along with your passport. Can I do CPT at a law firm instead of an in-house corporate team?

Law firms, government agencies, and corporate legal departments can all qualify, provided your DSO confirms the work is integral to your degree program. Some JD programs distinguish between clinical externship credit and CPT, so verify which authorization pathway applies to your specific school and placement.
