Only candidates with US Work Authorization will be considered. This role will support the Debit and Credit Card Management team in developing, enhancing, and managing existing and new Cards products. The candidate will proactively analyze product and portfolio performance, prepare reports and insights, identify growth opportunities, track key performance indicators, and develop and implement sales and activation campaigns. The role will also be responsible for monitoring campaigns, tracking results and presenting performance and recommendations to key stakeholders and leadership. Strong analytical skills, a proactive and results-oriented mindset, and effective cross-functional collaboration are essential.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development, enhancement, and ongoing management of Debit and Credit Card products and initiatives.
- Analyze product and portfolio performance to identify trends, risks, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across customer segments, bankers, channels, and products.
- Prepare management reports, business analyses, dashboards, and executive presentations on product performance and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, product opportunities, and competitive gaps.
- Support product strategy, pricing, positioning, and benchmarking to drive portfolio growth and revenue opportunities.
- Develop and support sales, acquisition, activation, and usage campaigns, including implementation, performance tracking, and results analysis.
- Monitor post-launch product and campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations based on results.
- Evaluate existing products and processes and recommend opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, performance, and cost effectiveness.
- Proactively identify business opportunities and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners, and external vendors supporting the Debit and Credit Card business.
RISK MANAGEMENT
- Comply with Bradesco Bank Credit and Compliance/BSA policies
- Identify and mitigate operational and integration risks
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management, banking, payments, or financial services. Cards (Credit and Debit) experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Experience developing and monitoring KPIs, reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of product development, implementation, and performance management.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and a high level of ownership.
- Knowledge of the U.S. credit, debit card, and payments industry is preferred.
