Can I work full-time as a Lead Management intern on CPT?
Yes, but full-time CPT carries a significant trade-off: if you accumulate 12 or more months of full-time CPT authorization, you permanently lose your OPT eligibility, per USCIS rules. Many F-1 students in Lead Management roles structure their CPT as part-time during the academic semester and full-time only during breaks to preserve OPT for post-graduation.
