INTRODUCTION
Qualitrol, a Ralliant operating company, is seeking motivated early-career professionals to join our Research & Development / Manufacturing Early Career Rotational Program (ECRP). This structured program provides three 8-month rotations across R&D and manufacturing functions, designed to accelerate professional growth, strengthen technical expertise, and foster innovation.
As an R&D/Manufacturing ECRP Associate, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to industrialization, project management, and product design, while applying a strategic and agile approach to product portfolio analysis. This rotational program offers broad visibility across engineering and production disciplines, building a strong foundation for a career in innovation and product development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to support product innovation and development.
- Gain exposure to industrialization processes, project management, and product design.
- Analyze product portfolios through a strategic and agile lens.
- Participate in cross-functional projects that drive operational and strategic success.
- Develop technical skills in sensing technologies, design improvement, and innovation practices.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
On track to graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in 2025/2026
Majors: Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in R&D, manufacturing, and cross-industry technology applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, manufacturing, and project teams.

PAY RANGE
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 52,200.00 - 96,900.00.
Research Manager CPT: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Research Manager role qualify for CPT authorization?
Yes, if the role directly integrates with your degree curriculum. Your DSO evaluates whether the job duties align with your program of study, not just the job title. A Research Manager position in a field unrelated to your major is unlikely to qualify, while one in your academic discipline almost always does.
Can I do CPT as a Research Manager while completing my thesis?
Many graduate programs explicitly allow CPT when the employer role supports your thesis research. You'll need documentation showing the work contributes to your research objectives. A material change, like moving from data analysis to budget oversight or people management, may require a new authorization. Notify your DSO promptly and request an I-20 amendment if your responsibilities expand substantially.
