CRM Business Analyst Jobs in Texas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a crm business analyst in Texas?
Most crm business analyst roles in Texas start with a bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field, as there is no state-issued license required for this role. From there, earning a platform certification such as Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Microsoft Dynamics certification is the most direct way to stand out in the Texas market. Large Texas employers in financial services and healthcare often prefer candidates who can demonstrate prior experience with CRM configuration or business process mapping alongside that credential.
How much do CRM business analysts make in Texas?
CRM business analysts in Texas earn a median of about $101,400 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $62,730 for the lowest 10% to over $168,420 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire crm business analysts in Texas?
Employers hiring crm business analysts in Texas right now include Deloitte, Imcs Group, and Implify, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Texas's concentration of Fortune 500 headquarters, major healthcare networks, and technology services firms means demand stays consistent across industries rather than spiking seasonally.
Which Texas cities have the most crm business analyst jobs?
Austin, Richardson, and Houston have the most crm business analyst openings in Texas. Dallas leads because of its dense cluster of financial services firms, telecom headquarters, and technology consultancies, while Houston's energy sector and large healthcare systems drive steady demand, and Austin's fast-growing tech employer base continues to add analyst roles across SaaS and e-commerce companies.
Are there remote crm business analyst jobs in Texas?
Yes, and more than most fields, because crm business analyst work is largely desk-based and documentation-driven. About 0% of crm business analyst openings tied to Texas are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting how well the role translates to distributed teams. Requirements gathering, backlog grooming, and user-acceptance-testing coordination are the tasks most commonly handled fully remotely, while stakeholder workshops and implementation sprints tend to require occasional on-site presence.
How can I get hired as a crm business analyst in Texas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving laterally from a CRM administrator, sales operations coordinator, or customer support analyst role, all of which are common entry points at large Texas employers in retail, healthcare, and financial services. Companies like USAA in San Antonio and H-E-B in Austin run structured rotational and associate analyst programs that onboard people without prior BA titles. Earning a Salesforce Administrator certification before applying gives candidates a concrete credential that Texas hiring managers treat as equivalent to early-career experience, and building a portfolio of documented process flows or use cases strengthens any application significantly.
