Position Overview

The Commercial Lines CSR will be responsible for servicing a book of commercial insurance accounts, supporting producers, and providing outstanding customer service to our business clients.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering a high level of client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance accounts
• Process endorsements, policy changes, renewals, audits, and cancellations
• Prepare certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, and policy documentation
• Assist clients with coverage questions and policy requests
• Market new and renewal business with insurance carriers when needed
• Review policies for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with underwriters, carriers, and clients regarding account activity
• Support producers in maintaining and growing client relationships
• Maintain accurate client records and agency management system documentation
• Deliver timely, professional, and responsive customer service

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred
• Florida 4-40 License preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Experience servicing commercial accounts including:
• General Liability
• Commercial Property
• Business Owners Policies (BOP)
• Commercial Auto
• Workers' Compensation
• Umbrella/Excess Liability
• Professional Liability
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverage concepts

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in our Fort Lauderdale office.

We believe collaboration, training, and relationship-building are best accomplished in person. The position is an in-office role, with the possibility of a hybrid work schedule as the employee becomes established and successful in the position.
