Bilingual Sales & Guest Service Agent – Miami Sightseeing Boat

About the Role

Our Miami sightseeing boat is looking for confident, outgoing sales agents who enjoy meeting people and selling experiences. You will sell cruise tickets, check in guests, assist with boarding, and help deliver a welcoming experience at the dock and onboard.

This position offers room to grow into a mate role with appropriate training and experience, while taking on additional onboard service responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach potential customers, explain our sightseeing cruises, and confidently close ticket sales.
• Check in guests, verify reservations, and provide clear boarding instructions.
• Assist the crew with orderly boarding and disembarking.
• Answer questions about cruise schedules, pricing, and available services in English and Spanish.
• Serve and sell food and drinks onboard.
• Upsell available products and services.
• Accurately process payments and record all ticket, food, and beverage sales.
• Keep check-in and service areas clean and organized.
• Follow company pricing, inventory, and customer service policies.
• Work closely with the captain and crew to support smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Confident, friendly, and comfortable approaching customers and asking for the sale.
• Experience in sales, customer service, tourism, or hospitality preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a busy environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors, at the dock, and onboard a boat.
• Willing to learn boarding procedures and onboard food and beverage service.
• A team player with a professional attitude and a strong interest in growing with the company.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
