Licensed Bilingual Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative (4-40 Required)

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are currently seeking an outgoing, ambitious, and self-motivated individual to join our Kendall team. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, enjoys working with people, is highly organized, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Service and support insurance policies for clients in Florida and Texas
• Assist customers with policy payments and account servicing
• Provide outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and through email
• Support underwriting processes and documentation
• Generate insurance quotes and assist with policy sales
• Maintain accurate customer records and files
• Follow up with clients regarding renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency goals

Qualifications

• Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (Required)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Sales or insurance experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
