That means building strategic relationships with decision-makers, tying our platform to the results they care about, spotting risk before it turns into churn, and finding where we can deliver more value.

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of customer relationships, serving as a trusted partner and advocate throughout their journey with Property Meld.
Your mission? Help our customers succeed, strengthen long-term relationships, and identify opportunities to deliver even greater value.
You'll:
- Build relationships that last. Develop strong, trusted partnerships with customers by understanding their businesses, goals, and challenges.
- Drive customer success. Help customers maximize the value of Property Meld through product adoption, strategic conversations, and ongoing support.
- Get ahead of problems. Recognize potential challenges early, ask the right questions, and take action before small issues become big ones.
- Own the outcome. Take accountability for customer health, retention, and renewal readiness. Follow through, even when things get complicated.
- Find opportunities for growth. Identify ways customers can expand their use of Property Meld when it makes sense for their business.
- Be the voice of the customer. Collaborate with our Product, Support, and other internal teams to share feedback, solve problems, and improve the customer experience.
- Use data to make decisions. Track customer health, identify trends, and turn information into meaningful conversations and actionable solutions.

Pay, benefits, and logistics
Our team is growing and there are currently openings for either a Customer Success Manager and/or an Associate Customer Success Manager. Both roles are full-time and on-site at Property Meld HQ in downtown Rapid City. Starting base salary is $60,000.00-$70,000.00. This role has uncapped commission earning potential and on-target-earning from base, commission and bonus around 35% above base. Base salary is negotiable for top talent.
