There is no state-issued license required in Arizona for this role. Employers here commonly value certifications such as the Google Data Analytics Certificate, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or a Tableau Desktop Specialist credential alongside a portfolio of completed analytics projects.
How much do data analytics leads make in Arizona?
Data analytics leads in Arizona earn a median of about $107,240 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $65,200 for the lowest 10% to over $161,730 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire data analytics leads in Arizona?
Employers hiring data analytics leads in Arizona right now include American Express, AT&T, and Google, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Arizona's concentration of financial services firms, large hospital systems, and semiconductor manufacturers means consistent demand for analytics leads who can work across both regulated industries and high-growth tech environments.
Which Arizona cities have the most data analytics lead jobs?
Phoenix, Tempe, and Chandler have the most data analytics lead openings in Arizona. Phoenix and Scottsdale drive the bulk of demand through their dense cluster of corporate headquarters, financial institutions, and health systems, while Tempe's proximity to Arizona State University and its growing tech corridor attracts analytics roles in SaaS and fintech companies.
