This position serves as the company's internal IT systems and analytics resource, providing oversight of the external IT provider's performance, monitoring service delivery, coordinating internal technology needs, and ensuring that company systems and applications effectively support business operations.
The specialist will work cross-functionally with departments to identify technology needs, improve system utilization, develop customized reports, generate actionable business analytics, support daily production planning and work order management, and assist with the implementation and management of AI agents, digital twins, and other emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities
1. External IT Provider Oversight & Coordination
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for coordinating IT-related activities with the company's external IT service provider.

- Support the Operations team in monitoring planned, pending, delayed, and open work orders to ensure visibility into production priorities and scheduling requirements.
