Job Description
As a valued leader on our Single Family Product, Policy and Guide Team you will manage the development of strategy, market insights, opportunity identification, competitive intelligence, and business case frameworks that inform product, policy, and distribution priorities. You will partner across internal teams, industry participants, and stakeholders to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies aligned to enterprise and Single Family objectives.
In this role, you will lead a team responsible for identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities across products, policies, partners, publications, and distribution channels. You will guide market sizing, segmentation, adoption analysis, competitive landscape assessment, SWOT analysis, and right-to-win evaluation to support prioritization and decision-making.
You will develop and apply standard frameworks to assess business value, strategic fit, stakeholder impact, and execution readiness. Your work will help create clear value cases and recommendations that connect strategy to measurable business outcomes.
You will partner closely with Product Management, Policy, Technology, Marketing, Market Engagement/Sales and other stakeholders to ensure insights are translated into scalable plans supported by data-driven analytics, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and human-assisted processes. This role requires strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, team leadership and the ability to turn complex market and business dynamics into clear recommendations that drive outcomes.

The Manager, Product Strategy & Market Insights role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Lead strategy and insights work across product, policy, and distribution priorities aligned to enterprise and Single Family objectives.
Manage analysis related to market sizing, segmentation, adoption optimization, opportunity identification, and prioritization.
Oversee competitive intelligence, including competitive landscape, differentiators, right-to-win, and SWOT analysis.
Develop business cases and value frameworks that support objective prioritization and strategic decision-making.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, risks, market changes, and business impacts.
Translate strategic insights into actionable recommendations that support digital execution, product strategy, and measurable outcomes.
Lead, coach, and develop team members responsible for strategic analysis, insight generation, and stakeholder support.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences:
At least 6 years of related experience in mortgage, housing finance, or a related field.
Shows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work.
Desired Experiences:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, MBA Preferred
Experience in strategy, insights, product strategy, business analysis, market research, consulting, financial services, mortgage, housing finance, or a related field.
Experience with market sizing, segmentation, adoption analysis, competitive intelligence, SWOT analysis, opportunity prioritization, or business case development.
Experience partnering across product, policy, distribution, technology, analytics, and business teams.
Experience translating complex data, market dynamics, and stakeholder input into clear strategic recommendations.
