SUMMARY
At the Forest Home Health Center you will coordinate department educational program(s) by scheduling events, assembling enrollment and education information, and following compliance guidelines for the residency program and fellowship program in Family Medicine, under close supervision.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently execute institutional or program activities (e.g., educational events, training, learner recruitment, interviews, orientation, schedules, and graduation).
- Collaborate with the Program Manager and EPC II partner to support residency and fellowship program operations, including resident scheduling and academic portfolio management.
- Support the designated institutional official, Program Director, Department Chair, and other leaders on issues related to the requirements from accreditation agencies, national boards, and affiliates.
- Serve as primary liaison with faculty, administration, other departments, affiliated institutions, and national organizations.
- Develop and maintain database(s) to track, schedule, and record activities related to the institution, program(s) and learners.
- Provide information, support, and problem solving on a wide range of issues for leaders, faculty, staff, and learners.
- Coordinate recruitment of preceptors, instructors, and speakers.
- Create and manage meeting invitations and meeting set up.
- Coordinate assessment and evaluation activities.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Required Experience: 3 year’s

Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment.
SENSORY ACUITY
Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
