ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll be doing:
- Work with OEM’s, manufacturers, and ISVs in the areas of autonomous driving and cockpit electronics, and evangelize our deep learning based approach
- Develop outstanding strategic relationships with customers’ R&D and procurement teams to identify new opportunities and drive design wins
- Acquire deep understanding of customers’ system architecture, existing solutions, development plans, and competition status, including product strengths/weaknesses, market position, and technical/commercial challenges to best position NVIDIA
- Engage and steer internal stakeholders e.g. Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to provide customer best-in-class service and drive business growth
- Identify vehicle platforms and respective key personnel at Tier 1 customers, as they relate to applications of NVIDIA’s automotive products
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What we need to see:
- Possess account management skills, and have the technical depth that allows them to understand the needs of the account
- Experience developing relationships with key technical and business roles at top automotive companies
- 12+ years of experience in business development or sales in technology for automotive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as leadership skills
- BS in Engineering, Business or equivalent experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Pre-existing relationships at targeted accounts are desirable
- Knowledge of CPU, GPU, and artificial intelligence/deep learning
- Knowledge of ADAS and automated driving application and technology
- Background of advanced cockpit and infotainment designs
COMPENSATION
Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
