What You’ll Do
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into actionable user stories and feature recommendations, informing CRM roadmap planning.
- Manage the centralized intake process for CRM enhancements and support prioritization frameworks established by program leadership.
- Collaborate with DTIS Engineering and Salesforce developers to clarify requirements, validate solutions, and track delivery progress.
- Document business processes and workflows, identify opportunities to simplify or automate tasks within Salesforce.
- Support change management and adoption, including user training materials, release communications, and feedback loops.
- Support recurring CRM governance meetings in partnership with stakeholders, providing updates on backlog, release status, and key metrics.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a CRM Business Analyst
Align your degree to CRM specialty occupation
USCIS requires your degree field to directly relate to CRM analysis. A business information systems or marketing analytics degree strengthens your case. Document how your coursework connects to CRM platforms, data modeling, and customer lifecycle management.
Target employers with active LCA filing history
Companies that have previously filed Labor Condition Applications for business analyst roles are already familiar with E-3 requirements. Search DOL's OFLC disclosure data for employers certifying CRM or business analyst LCAs in your target city.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for clean execution
Once you have an offer, use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork end-to-end. This removes administrative burden from your new employer and speeds up the process from offer acceptance to consulate appointment.
Prepare a CRM-specific specialty occupation summary
Consular officers assess whether your role genuinely requires a degree. Write a one-page role summary linking your CRM responsibilities, like Salesforce architecture or customer segmentation modeling, to specific degree-level knowledge requirements.
Confirm your offer letter specifies CRM duties precisely
Vague titles like 'analyst' can create LCA complications. Your offer letter should name specific CRM platforms, analytical methods, or data systems you'll manage, giving the DOL and consulate clear evidence of specialty occupation scope.

Find CRM Business Analyst JobsCRM Business Analyst E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find CRM Business Analyst jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for Australian professionals searching for E-3-eligible roles. You can filter by job title and visa type to surface CRM Business Analyst positions at employers already open to E-3 sponsorship, cutting out the guesswork of approaching companies that have never navigated Australian visa requirements.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a CRM Business Analyst role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, CRM Business Analyst roles typically qualify because they require applying theoretical and practical application of a body of highly specialized knowledge, usually demonstrated by a bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or marketing analytics. Roles focused on platform configuration alone with no analytical depth can be harder to qualify, so your job duties description matters significantly.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for CRM Business Analyst roles?
The E-3 has a 10,500 annual allocation that has never been exhausted, so there's no lottery and no random selection. You can apply at any time of year once you have a job offer and a certified LCA. H-1B requires entering a lottery in March for an October start date, meaning CRM roles that open mid-year aren't accessible on H-1B without waiting nearly a year.
Can I switch CRM employers while on an E-3 visa?
Yes, but the E-3 is employer-specific. Your new employer must file a fresh LCA with DOL and you'll need to attend a new consulate appointment or file a change of status if you're already in the U.S. There's no portability rule like AC21 for H-1B holders, so plan for a processing window before starting with the new employer.
