Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Gtm Manager
Frame your degree for specialty occupation
GTM roles sit at the boundary of marketing, strategy, and business operations. Document how your Australian degree directly maps to the advertised position, a general business degree paired with a product marketing specialization strengthens your specialty occupation argument significantly.
Target companies with active LCA filing history
Search the DOL's Foreign Labor Application Gateway for employers who have recently certified LCAs for business strategy or marketing roles. Repeat filers understand the E-3 process and are less likely to withdraw an offer over sponsorship uncertainty.
Address the LCA job description gap early
GTM Manager is not a standardized DOL job title, so your employer's LCA job description must precisely match your offer letter duties. Misalignment between these two documents is one of the most common reasons E-3 applications stall at the consulate.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for the LCA
GTM roles often involve cross-functional duties that complicate the LCA job description. Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service handles your LCA filing, visa paperwork, and consulate preparation so nothing in your application contradicts your offer letter.
Prepare your prevailing wage evidence in advance
Your employer must pay the DOL prevailing wage for your specific GTM role and worksite location. Request the wage determination from your employer before accepting an offer so you can confirm the salary meets the LCA requirement without renegotiating at the last stage.

Find Gtm Manager JobsGtm Manager E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find GTM Manager jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Search Migrate Mate to filter GTM Manager roles by employers with active E-3 and LCA filing history. Because GTM is a cross-functional title spanning product, marketing, and sales, you'll have the best results filtering by growth-stage tech companies and enterprise software firms that regularly hire Australians for commercial strategy roles.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a GTM Manager role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, provided the position requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as marketing, business, or commerce, and the job duties are tied to that discipline. Generalist management roles where any degree qualifies are harder to support. The more your offer letter connects specific duties to a defined field of study, the stronger the specialty occupation argument.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for GTM Manager roles?
The E-3 has a 10,500-visa annual allocation that has never been exhausted, so there is no lottery. You can apply any time of year and begin work after a single consulate appointment. The H-1B requires winning a random lottery, waiting up to a year, and competing for 85,000 slots against hundreds of thousands of registrations. For Australians in GTM roles, the E-3 is a materially faster and more predictable path.
What happens to my E-3 status if I change GTM roles mid-employment?
Changing employers or materially changing your job duties requires a new LCA and updated E-3 documentation. You don't need to leave the U.S. to make this change, but your employer must file a new LCA with the DOL before the role change takes effect. If you're moving to a new company entirely, that employer must certify their own LCA and you'll typically need a new consulate appointment.
