Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Logistics Analyst
Align your credentials to specialty occupation standards
Your Australian logistics degree needs to map to the specific analytical role, not just the industry. A degree in supply chain management or operations research supports an E-3 application more cleanly than a generic business degree when the job duties center on quantitative analysis.
Target employers with active DOL filing history
Search the DOL's Labor Condition Application disclosure data to identify companies that have filed LCAs for logistics or analyst roles. Past filings signal that HR and legal teams already understand the E-3 process, shortening the time from offer to approval.
Find E-3 sponsorship jobs through Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to search Logistics Analyst roles from employers who have E-3 sponsorship history. Filtering by visa type saves you from applying to companies that haven't sponsored Australian workers before and may not know the process.
Clarify the LCA requirement before accepting an offer
Your employer must file a certified Labor Condition Application with the DOL before you can attend your consulate appointment. Confirm during negotiations that the hiring team knows this step sits with them, not with USCIS, and that it typically certifies within seven business days.
Use a three-year degree equivalency letter proactively
Australian bachelor's degrees run three years, which occasionally prompts consular officers to question U.S. equivalency. Get a credential evaluation from a NACES-member evaluator before your interview so you have documentation ready if the question arises.
Streamline filing with Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service
Once you have an offer, use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork end-to-end. Logistics roles with hybrid duties spanning multiple sites can complicate the LCA worksite section, and having a dedicated E-3 expert manage the details avoids filing errors.

Find Logistics Analyst JobsLogistics Analyst E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Logistics Analyst jobs that offer E-3 visa sponsorship?
Search Migrate Mate to find Logistics Analyst roles from employers with E-3 sponsorship history. Most general job boards don't filter by visa type, so you end up applying to companies that have never sponsored an Australian worker. Migrate Mate surfaces roles where the employer already knows the E-3 process, which significantly increases your chance of a smooth offer-to-visa timeline.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Logistics Analyst role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, provided the position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field such as supply chain management, operations research, industrial engineering, or a related discipline. Roles that accept any degree, or where a degree is listed as preferred rather than required, can complicate the specialty occupation determination. The job description and your credentials need to align on a specific field of study.
How does the E-3 compare to H-1B for Logistics Analyst positions?
The E-3 is available only to Australian citizens, but it has no annual lottery and no cap backlog. H-1B registrations for logistics and analyst roles are subject to the 85,000-slot cap and a random selection process, meaning qualified candidates are often not selected in a given year. With the E-3, your employer files an LCA, you attend a consulate appointment, and you can start work once the visa is issued, without waiting for a lottery outcome.
What happens to my E-3 status if I change employers or move to a different logistics role?
You need a new LCA and a new E-3 visa stamp for each employer change. Unlike the H-1B portability rule, the E-3 doesn't allow you to start with a new employer while a transfer petition is pending. You'll need your new employer to file a certified LCA before you travel to a consulate for a new visa. If you're already in the U.S., you can change status through USCIS, but consulate processing is typically faster.
