The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Designer to join our fast-growing marketing team and help shape the visual storytelling of the Enhanced brand. This is an opportunity for a design professional to own high-impact creative across multiple channels, with a strong focus on performance marketing, video, and paid social. You’ll play a meaningful role in evolving a bold, category-defining consumer brand.
Enhanced is a rapidly scaling, performance-driven company with a growing global audience. As we continue to expand, this role will be critical in creating visually compelling, high-performing creative across every customer touchpoint — especially short-form video and conversion-focused assets.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Lead creative design initiatives across multiple marketing channels, ensuring consistency and brand alignment across all platforms.
- Design and produce high-performing paid social creative, with a strong emphasis on short-form video, motion, and static assets optimized for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Edit and repurpose raw video footage into polished, conversion-driven assets — including ads, social content, and landing page visuals.
- Transform creator- and influencer-generated content into scalable, on-brand marketing assets for paid and organic distribution.
- Collaborate closely with creators, athletes, and internal partners to source, refine, and elevate content into performance-ready creative.
- Conceptualize, design, and deliver creative assets for digital and print channels including social media, email, web, display ads, OOH, packaging, and more.
- Shape and evolve the Enhanced visual identity, ensuring creative remains bold, premium, on-brand, and optimized for performance.
- Own and expand design systems, creating scalable templates and guidelines that allow teams to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Optimize performance marketing campaigns through rapid creative iteration informed by data, testing, and insights.
- Lead design for e-commerce experiences and product pages, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong UX.
- Manage timelines and priorities across multiple projects, delivering work on time while maintaining a high creative bar.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to align on scope, feedback, and deadlines.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing design, graphic design, or related fields, with a strong emphasis on performance-driven creative and paid social.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create compelling video, motion, and static assets, including examples of paid social or growth-focused work.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Hands-on experience with video and motion tools such as After Effects, CapCut, and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Proven ability to take raw footage and creator content and turn it into polished, high-performing marketing assets.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and how they apply to digital and e-commerce environments.
- Experience designing for e-commerce platforms (DTC, marketplaces, or similar); willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative design environments — testing, learning, refining, and shipping quickly.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for creating visually engaging, high-impact experiences.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A genuine curiosity and drive to continuously improve creative performance and process.
Must-Have Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Marketing Designer
Frame your portfolio for specialty occupation
Your portfolio needs to show degree-level design work, not just executional output. Highlight strategic briefs, brand systems, or campaign concepting that demonstrates the role requires specialized knowledge. Generic production work can undermine your specialty occupation case.
Target in-house teams over agencies first
In-house marketing teams at mid-to-large U.S. companies file LCAs directly and have established HR processes for sponsorship. Creative agencies often rely on freelancers and are slower to navigate DOL filing requirements for a full-time hire.
Clarify the degree field match upfront
E-3 requires your degree to align with the specific role. A communications or marketing degree typically supports a Marketing Designer position, but a fine arts degree may need additional documentation. Raise this with the employer before the offer stage.
Ask employers about LCA timeline early
The DOL must certify your LCA before your consulate appointment. Flag this dependency during final-round interviews so your employer files promptly after the offer. Delays here push your start date, not theirs.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for the paperwork
Once you have an offer, use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork end-to-end. This covers the DOL submission, DS-160 preparation, and consulate appointment coordination so nothing falls through the gap between offer and approval.
Treat your USCIS admission stamp as your work start date
Your E-3 validity begins at the U.S. port of entry, not your interview date. Coordinate your actual start date with your employer after your consulate appointment is confirmed, not when you expect the visa to be issued.

Find Marketing Designer JobsMarketing Designer E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Marketing Designer jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for Australian professionals searching for E-3 sponsorship roles. You can filter Marketing Designer positions by employers who have a history of sponsoring E-3 visas, saving time on outreach to companies unfamiliar with the visa category. Standard job boards don't filter by visa type, which means most listings you find there won't clarify sponsorship availability upfront.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Marketing Designer role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, provided the position genuinely requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as graphic design, visual communication, or marketing. The role description matters: if the job posting accepts any degree or lists a degree as preferred rather than required, the specialty occupation standard may not be met. Your employer's offer letter and job description need to reflect the degree requirement clearly.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Marketing Designers?
The E-3 has no lottery and no annual cap, so you can apply any time of year and start work without waiting for a selection round. H-1B cap-subject petitions are limited to 85,000 slots annually and require lottery selection. For Australian Marketing Designers, the E-3 is a direct path to employment that doesn't depend on random selection, and it renews indefinitely in two-year increments as long as you maintain a qualifying role.
Can I change employers on an E-3 as a Marketing Designer?
Yes, but you need a new LCA and a new E-3 visa tied to the new employer before you start working. The E-3 is employer-specific, so your current visa doesn't transfer. Your new employer files a fresh LCA with the DOL, and once certified, you apply for a new E-3 visa, typically at a U.S. consulate in Australia or through a third-country appointment.
