Responsibilities
The Lemon8 Creator Partnership Team focuses on building and scaling strong creator ecosystems across key lifestyle verticals such as fashion, beauty, wellness, and everyday inspiration. The team works closely with creators through hands-on onboarding, collaboration, and ongoing partnership management, leveraging platform insights and content trends to drive high-quality content creation. By supporting creators and fostering long-term partnerships, the team helps enhance content diversity, discovery, and overall user engagement on the platform. Responsibilities:
- Manage the end to end creator partnership establishment including sourcing, outreach, contract implementation, content delivery and quality, report and analysis.
- Use data to identify uprising creators; attract and cultivate strong connections and relationships with the creators in order to develop and scale creator partnership programs for Lemon8.
- Coach and guide creators on how to edit posts (photo/video) to improve platform content quality and create external facing graphics/visuals when needed.
- Analyze content performance and generate qualitative and quantitative insights. Recap and summarize insights to inform future content strategy and plans.
- Analyze data to draw insights around creators and users. Identify potential issues and find solutions to achieve goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and above.
- Proven experience of creator partnership or data analysis.
- Good communication skills. Brings good understanding of content and trends.
- Able to identify abstract content characteristics in structured and systematic ways.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess data analysis capabilities and strong user empathy. Based on data analysis, able to assist in identifying and improving user experience to meet user demand.
- Experience working with large sets of data to generate insights and conduct root cause analyses.
- Large technology company experience is a plus.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70304 - $168000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
