E-3 Visa Product Strategy Lead Jobs
Product Strategy Lead roles in the U.S. qualify for E-3 visa sponsorship because they meet the specialty occupation standard: a bachelor's degree in business, product management, or a related field is required. The E-3 has no lottery and no annual cap, making it a reliable path for Australian professionals targeting senior product roles at U.S. companies.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Product Strategy Lead
Frame your credentials for U.S. specialty occupation
Your Australian three-year bachelor's degree is accepted as equivalent to a U.S. four-year degree for E-3 purposes. Prepare a credential evaluation before applying so employers can verify your qualification meets the specialty occupation requirement without delay.
Target companies with established LCA filing history
Product Strategy Lead roles are most common at tech, SaaS, and enterprise software companies that file LCAs regularly. Searching DOL's OFLC disclosure data by job title filters employers who have already navigated the E-3 or H-1B process for similar roles.
Clarify E-3 mechanics before your first interview
Many U.S. hiring managers conflate E-3 with H-1B and assume a lottery is involved. Address this early: the E-3 requires only a certified LCA from DOL and a consulate appointment, with no cap and no lottery, so your sponsorship doesn't depend on timing or luck.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service after offer acceptance
Once you have a signed offer, Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service handles your LCA submission to DOL, visa paperwork, and consulate preparation end-to-end, so you're not coordinating between your employer's HR team and a separate immigration attorney.
Negotiate who covers government filing fees upfront
The LCA filing through DOL is free, but visa and administrative fees apply. Raise who covers these costs during offer negotiation, not after. Most U.S. employers sponsoring strategic hires absorb government fees as part of relocation terms.
Account for LCA processing time in your start date
DOL certifies most LCAs within seven working days, but your start date must sit after LCA certification and your consulate appointment. Build at least three to four weeks into your timeline between offer acceptance and your proposed first day.

Find Product Strategy Lead JobsProduct Strategy Lead E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Product Strategy Lead jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. It surfaces Product Strategy Lead roles at U.S. employers with active E-3 and H-1B sponsorship history, so you're not cold-applying to companies that have never navigated Australian visa requirements. Filtering by role and sponsorship type saves weeks of research that general job boards can't replicate.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Product Strategy Lead role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, provided the position genuinely requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field such as business strategy, product management, or a related discipline. Roles where any degree field is acceptable regardless of relevance can face scrutiny. A clear alignment between your degree and the strategic responsibilities in the job description strengthens the case significantly.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Product Strategy Lead roles?
The E-3 is available only to Australian citizens, but that exclusivity works in your favor. There is no lottery, no annual cap, and no registration window to wait for. H-1B selection is random and capped at 85,000 per year, meaning a qualified candidate can be excluded entirely by chance. For Australian professionals, the E-3 removes that uncertainty entirely.
Can I change employers after starting a Product Strategy Lead role on an E-3?
Yes, but each employer change requires a new LCA certified by DOL and a new E-3 visa stamp if yours has expired. You can begin working for a new employer once the new LCA is certified and, if required, a new visa is issued. You don't need to leave the U.S. to change jobs if your current visa stamp is still valid and the new LCA is in place.
