E-3 Visa Warehouse Checker Jobs
Warehouse Checker roles qualify for E-3 visa sponsorship when the position requires a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. The E-3 has no lottery and no annual cap, so Australian nationals can pursue U.S. warehouse and distribution opportunities without the H-1B registration race.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Warehouse Checker
Verify your degree supports specialty occupation
USCIS requires your bachelor's degree to directly relate to the Warehouse Checker role. Logistics, supply chain, operations management, or industrial engineering degrees typically satisfy this. A general business degree alone may not, get your Australian credential evaluated by a NACES-approved service before applying.
Target employers with existing DOL LCA history
Search the DOL's Office of Foreign Labor Certification disclosure database for employers who have filed LCAs for warehouse, logistics, or distribution roles. Companies with prior E-3 or H-1B filings for similar positions already understand the sponsorship process and are less likely to withdraw offers mid-hiring.
Find E-3 sponsoring employers through Migrate Mate
Migrate Mate filters warehouse and distribution roles by E-3 sponsorship history, so you're not cold-applying to employers unfamiliar with the visa. Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork once you receive an offer.
Prepare a specialty occupation justification letter
Warehouse Checker roles face more USCIS scrutiny than white-collar positions. Before your interview, draft a letter explaining how your degree applies to inventory control, compliance auditing, or logistics systems, whichever matches your actual duties. Your employer will need this for the LCA filing.
Confirm the employer files LCAs directly, not through a PEO
Professional Employer Organizations can complicate E-3 sponsorship because the legal employer on the LCA must match who signs your offer letter. Ask during the offer stage whether the company handles its own DOL filings or uses a third-party employer of record arrangement, which may disqualify you.
Time your consulate appointment around warehouse hiring cycles
Large distribution operators ramp hiring before peak seasons. If your offer arrives in August or September, book your Australian consulate appointment immediately rather than waiting for your start date to firm up, E-3 processing runs two to four weeks and slots fill faster during Q4 hiring surges.

Find Warehouse Checker JobsWarehouse Checker E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Warehouse Checker jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to search for Warehouse Checker roles where employers have E-3 sponsorship history. Generic job boards don't filter by visa type, so you end up cold-applying to companies unfamiliar with the E-3 process. Migrate Mate surfaces roles from employers who have filed LCAs for similar positions, which significantly reduces the chance of an offer falling through over sponsorship logistics.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Warehouse Checker role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
It depends on how the role is structured. USCIS requires the position to normally require a bachelor's degree in a specific field, not just any degree, and not a preference for one. Warehouse Checker roles tied to inventory compliance, logistics systems analysis, or supply chain auditing are more defensible than general checking or sorting duties. Your employer's job description needs to reflect degree-level complexity to hold up under scrutiny.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Warehouse Checker roles?
The E-3 is available exclusively to Australian nationals and has no lottery, no annual cap, and no registration fee. The H-1B requires entering a random lottery each April with roughly a 25 to 30 percent selection rate for most applicants. For a Warehouse Checker role where the specialty occupation argument is already borderline, the E-3's simpler filing process and no-cap structure make it the stronger path if you hold Australian citizenship.
What happens to my E-3 status if my warehouse employer closes or lays me off?
Your E-3 status is tied to your employer, so a layoff or facility closure ends your authorization to work. You have a 60-day grace period to find a new employer willing to sponsor a fresh E-3, return to Australia, or change to another valid status. You cannot simply transfer your existing E-3 to a new employer, the new company must file a new LCA with the DOL and you'll need a new visa stamp or change of status application.
