Summary
We are seeking a Special Education Para to join our dynamic team at Therapy Lounge Center in the United States. In this pivotal role, you will assist in delivering specialized educational support to children with diverse learning needs, contributing significantly to their growth and development.
Responsibilities

- Support children with developmental disabilities and autism in the home settings.
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences that promote childhood development.
- Collaborate with therapists and educators to create effective intervention strategies.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding student needs and progress.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
