You’ll walk customers through product types, explain effects, answer questions, and make the whole shopping experience smooth, welcoming, and empowering. Think of this role as part budtender, part educator, and part vibe manager.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and engage guests in a friendly, informed, and non-judgmental way
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer’s needs, goals, and preferences
- Provide accurate, clear guidance on product types, effects, dosage, and responsible use
- Direct customers to the right section of the store and help them explore options
- Stay up to date on our current product menu, new drops, and brand partnerships
- Collaborate with the rest of the floor team to create a smooth and positive experience
- Help first-timers feel confident and regulars feel like VIPs
- Contribute to a culture of learning, listening, and elevated service
You Are:
- A great communicator—both in conversation and in listening
- Naturally curious and excited about cannabis education
- Able to explain products and effects clearly without overwhelming people
- Warm, grounded, and great with people from all walks of life
- Comfortable with compliance and following safety procedures
- A team player who adds to the energy of the space
Bonus Points If You:
- Have prior dispensary, hospitality, or retail experience
- Are a daily or occasional consumer and familiar with various product types
- Speak another language or have experience in community outreach
- Have taken cannabis education courses or plan to
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
