- Maintain effective relationships with employees, leadership, and external partners
- Oversee employee health initiatives including TB testing, Hepatitis B vaccines, OSHA reporting, and return-to-work coordination
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Minimum 3 years of Nurse Educator experience in long-term care
- Current New York State RN license
- CPR certification required (CPR trainer certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Prior long-term care or rehabilitation nursing experience
- Strong coaching and communication skills with diverse staff
- Knowledge of OSHA, infection control, safety, and emergency preparedness protocols
