This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced specialist who wants to supplement their weekday schedule with short, predictable 4-6 hour shifts. You focus 100% on specialized endodontic treatment—our dedicated support staff handles all scheduling, patient prep, billing, insurance, and collections.

Clinical Responsibilities
Candidates must be comfortable independently diagnosing and providing definitive, high-level endodontic care, including:
- Complex molar, premolar, and anterior root canal therapy
- Endodontic retreatments (post removal, broken instrument retrieval, ledge bypass)
- Apicoectomies and surgical endodontics (retrograde fillings, root resection)
- Managing acute dental infections and endodontic emergencies
- In-office consultations, endodontic diagnosis, and clear patient communication
(Note: No general restorative work, extractions, or non-endo emergency procedures required.)
Qualifications
- Specialty & License: Board Certified or Board Eligible Endodontist with an active Florida Dental License in good standing & active DEA registration.
- Insurance: Must maintain personal professional malpractice insurance.
- Experience: Proficient and comfortable performing full-scope surgical and non-surgical endodontics independently.
- Soft Skills: Punctual, compassionate, efficient at treatment planning, and committed to detailed clinical documentation and informed consent.
