About the Role
You will be immersed into our hands-on, comprehensive training program with our Sales Trainer while receiving supplemental instruction from our team of experienced sellers and operators. Upon the end of training, you will take complete ownership of reinforcing established operational processes while being tasked with growing the truckload volume and revenue of respective enterprise account(s) placed under your supervision with existing shipper partners. You will represent TransLoop as the main point of contact. The definitive goals in this position are to build trust, leverage TransLoop’s technology, carrier network and top talent to identify opportunities for new and continued business within the shipper partner network and related networks. This position will take a well-organized self-starter and all-around sales and operational “beast”. We are on a mission to build the most elite sales and account management teams in the logistics industry and are always interested in bringing on top talent.
This is a high-impact role for TransLoop. The success of this role will have a material impact on our business and the future growth of TransLoop.
What You'll Do
- Manage Enterprise accounts and serve as escalation point for issue resolution
- Lead RFP's with pricing team and sales leaders to continue overall growth of accounts
- Develop new and grow existing customer relationships – Account growth and operational streamlining
- Lead monthly QBR’s with designated accounts with Customer Sales and Strategy leadership
- Build deep relationships with shipper contacts – warehouse to Director of Transportation
- Identify opportunities to improve our offerings, value proposition, and sales cadence
- Leverage our leading tech platform
- Lead a team of Operations Specialist and Account Growth Managers to KPI expectations
- Design/Implement selling proposition to onboard new business from existing customers
- Give exceptional customer service every day

What You'll Need

Relevant supply chain, sales, operational or customer service experience
- 3-5 years logistics experience required
- Exemplify a proven track record of high performance and dependability
- Strong writing and speaking skills

- You have experience selling or operating enterprise-level accounts in 3PL
