Entry Level Enterprise Sales Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level enterprise sales manager job?
Focus on internships, campus sales roles, or SDR experience that shows you can move deals through a pipeline. Employers at this level look for coachability, comfort with CRM tools, and evidence you can communicate with business buyers. A strong internship, a relevant business or communications degree, and demonstrated quota attainment or pipeline activity give candidates a clear edge over applicants without hands-on sales exposure.
Which companies hire entry level enterprise sales managers?
Companies hiring entry level enterprise sales managers right now include Meter, Meta, and Paylocity, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Both established software firms and growth-stage B2B companies regularly open entry level enterprise roles to build out their sales teams with junior talent they can develop.
Are there remote entry level enterprise sales manager jobs?
Yes, though many employers at this level prefer on-site or hybrid so junior reps can shadow senior sellers and receive hands-on coaching. About 30% of entry level enterprise sales manager openings are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, so fully remote options exist but represent a smaller share of the total market for candidates starting out.
Are these new grad enterprise sales manager jobs?
Yes, these listings include new grad, recent graduate, and junior enterprise sales manager roles. A posting is new-grad friendly when it welcomes zero to two years of experience, counts internships or part-time sales work toward requirements, or accepts a strong portfolio of deals or projects in place of full-time history. Look for language like "entry level," "junior," or "new grad" in the job description to confirm a role fits your experience stage.
Which industries hire the most entry level enterprise sales managers?
Entry Level enterprise sales manager roles concentrate in Technology & Software, Energy, and Consulting & Professional Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. These sectors rely on complex, consultative sales cycles and need a steady pipeline of junior talent who can learn enterprise deal processes and grow into quota-carrying roles as they gain experience.
