Headquartered in Tampa, Automated Mailroom has been serving Florida since 1988 and strive to provide unsurpassed customer service and attention to details.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Installation & training of new installation with new and existing customers
- Preventive Maintenance cleanings with existing business customers
- Field Service Technicians are requires to be dispatched and drive to the customer’s site and perform the necessary repair service work, complete the service orders and assist customer with questions they may have.
- Provide excellent, professional, and a friendly positive service attitude towards our national and local service customers
- Maintain an adequate parts & supply inventory in either your car of a company van
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installation, training and servicing of office equipment & software
- Troubleshooting equipment failures and customer needs; assist with customer training
- Maintain proper paperwork standards & receive inventory
- Assist customers and resolve issues on the phone – phone support
- Maintain proper parts and supply levels
- Provide general maintenance, and organization of all work areas
POSITION REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
- High school diploma or equivalent – technical school training and graduation required
- Reliable transportation and a current, clean Florida driver license
- Previous experience with mailing equipment or at least other office equipment service work in the past is a benefit
- Professional appearance is required
- A Positive and Enthusiastic Attitude
- Excellent communication & written skills
- Perform basic mechanical and basic knowledge of circuit boards
- Must have a good working knowledge of computers
- Must in good physical condition and able to lift up 50 pound
BENEFITS
- Base salary based on experience + Paid mileage & Expense reimbursement
