Most erp analyst roles in Pennsylvania start with a bachelor's degree in information systems, business, accounting, or computer science. Pennsylvania does not require a state-issued license for this role. Employers typically look for hands-on ERP platform experience, which candidates build through coursework, certifications from vendors like SAP or Oracle, or internships with manufacturing, healthcare, or financial services firms concentrated in the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh corridors.
How much do ERP analysts make in Pennsylvania?
ERP analysts in Pennsylvania earn a median of about $107,230 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $59,890 for the lowest 10% to over $167,420 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire erp analysts in Pennsylvania?
Employers hiring erp analysts in Pennsylvania right now include City of Philadelphia, City of Philadelphia, PA, and East Penn Manufacturing, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Pennsylvania's density of large healthcare systems, defense manufacturers, and regional financial institutions makes it one of the more consistent states for ongoing ERP staffing needs.
Which Pennsylvania cities have the most erp analyst jobs?
Philadelphia, York, and Lyon Station account for the most erp analyst openings in Pennsylvania. Philadelphia dominates due to its concentration of corporate headquarters, large healthcare networks, and financial services firms, while Pittsburgh's strong presence in healthcare and technology drives demand there, and the Lehigh Valley's manufacturing base sustains steady ERP needs tied to supply chain and operations modules.

Yes, and more than most fields. About 20% of erp analyst openings tied to Pennsylvania are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how much of the work involves system configuration, documentation, and virtual stakeholder sessions rather than on-site presence. Configuration, testing, and post-go-live support phases are most commonly offered remotely, while initial implementation kickoffs often require some in-person time.
How can I get hired as a erp analyst in Pennsylvania with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a junior or associate ERP analyst role, often posted by large Pennsylvania healthcare systems like UPMC or Penn Medicine and manufacturers in the Lehigh Valley and Pittsburgh regions. Candidates without direct ERP experience frequently move in from adjacent roles such as business analyst, IT help desk, or financial analyst.
