Delight customers with fast, precise quotations and order processing while partnering closely with the sales manager to resolve issues and keep work flowing smoothly.

- Customers receive clear, timely answers about our products and services—by phone, email, and in person.
- Orders are entered into the ERP system accurately and on time.
- Challenges are met with calm problem-solving and an empathetic, positive attitude.
- Strong relationships are built through reliable follow-through.
- Order fulfillment is supported as needed, including safe forklift use and material handling.
Must-Have Skills
- Experience with ERP software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Customer-first mindset and effective problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
- Forklift experience; ability to lift 75 lbs.
Qualifications
