INTRODUCTION
Stuut is transforming accounts receivable for B2B companies—making collections smarter and faster for companies that have historically relied on manual processes that are labor intensive and costly. Our platform is gaining traction with finance teams across industrials, chemicals, and manufacturing sectors from Fortune 10 brands to scaling midmarkets. We're backed by top-tier investors including a16z, Khosla, Activant, 1984 Ventures and Page One.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Marketing Campaigns Manager to be the engine behind our marketing motion, the person who makes campaigns and events actually happen. You’ll work under our Head of Marketing and in close partnership with our Demand Gen Lead and agency partners to execute across every channel that moves a prospect from first impression to a booked meeting.
This is a high-velocity, high-ownership role for someone who is AI-native to the core and obsessed with outcomes. If you think in systems, learn fast, fail fast, and fix faster, this is where you’ll grow up in marketing.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Execute multichannel campaigns end to end across field events, ABM plays, and multimedia programs that drive pipe generation and increase deal velocity.
- Own the tactical execution of events, from logistics through follow-up, making sure every meaningful moment is captured and gets strategic next steps.
- Own inbound and channel-sourced leads from first impression through opportunity creation.
- Build scalable, AI-native automation across our tech stack to power outreach, enrichment, follow-up, and pipe gen.
- Drive creative execution for target account based marketing efforts.
YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU…
- Bring one to three years of marketing, growth, or a strong adjacent background, and you’re hungry to grow fast.
- Are AI-native, having personally built automated workflows across a modern marketing tech stack with agents embedded throughout, and you can show examples tied to real results.
- Are a creative story teller at heart, which shows up in how you write, design, and communicate.
- Are data-minded, with real experience in data analysis, SQL, or statistics as a major plus.
- Can run cross-functional projects and keep stakeholders aligned without any formal authority over them.
- Thrive in hypergrowth and ambiguity with a strong attention to detail, and you fixate on creating outcomes.
COMPENSATION
- Top-of-market salary and equity package
- Benefits (for U.S.-based full-time employees)
- Medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you
- 401(k) & Match
- Equity
- Flexible PTO

Tips for Your Campaign Manager Job Search
Quantify campaign outcomes on your resume
Hiring managers want to see results, not duties. Replace vague bullet points with concrete deliverables like audience reach, engagement lift, or budget managed. Campaign managers who lead with measurable outcomes move to interviews faster than those who list responsibilities.
Tailor your portfolio to the channel mix
Political, nonprofit, and commercial campaign roles each favor different channels. Showcase digital ads for agency roles, grassroots canvassing for advocacy positions, and integrated media plans for corporate ones. A generic portfolio signals you haven't targeted your search.
Apply early to roles that fit
Migrate Mate lists campaign manager openings from across the United States in one place, so you can find roles that match and apply directly to each listing.
Filter by campaign type not just job title
Search for terms like 'digital campaign manager,' 'field campaign manager,' or 'paid media manager' to surface roles that match your actual experience. Broad title searches return unrelated marketing coordinator postings that waste your time.
Prepare a campaign brief for your interview
Many campaign manager interviews include a take-home exercise or live case study. Arrive ready to walk through how you'd structure a campaign from goal-setting through reporting. Interviewers are evaluating your strategic framework, not just your past results.
Negotiate scope before you negotiate salary
Before discussing compensation, clarify whether you'll own the full campaign lifecycle or just execution. Campaign managers who inherit a locked strategy have far less room to demonstrate impact, which limits performance reviews and future leverage. Scope clarity protects your career trajectory.
Campaign Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies are hiring the most campaign managers?
The companies hiring the most campaign managers right now include TikTok, Lutheran Social Services of Illinois, and United Way, with the largest share of openings in Illinois, California, and Washington, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Demand tends to cluster around election cycles, large nonprofit fundraising seasons, and product launch periods at major consumer brands.
How many campaign manager jobs are remote?
About 20% of campaign manager openings are fully remote or hybrid as of June 2026, making it one of the more flexible marketing roles on the market. Digital and paid media campaign managers see the highest share of remote postings, while field campaign and grassroots organizer roles are almost entirely on-site or regionally based.
How do you become a campaign manager?
Start by building hands-on experience in a supporting role such as marketing coordinator, campaign associate, or paid media specialist, where you can own discrete campaign components. From there, demonstrate that you can manage a full campaign lifecycle by leading a project end-to-end, even in a volunteer or freelance context. Build fluency in at least one major CRM and one paid media platform, then pursue roles with increasing budget and cross-functional responsibility.
Can you get a campaign manager job with little experience?
Yes, entry-level campaign manager roles exist, particularly in nonprofit advocacy, political organizations, and smaller agencies that need generalists who can own a campaign from day one. The strongest entry points are volunteer political campaign work, internships with measurable deliverables, and freelance projects where you managed a real budget. Employers with lean teams often prefer a self-starter with a concrete project in their portfolio over a candidate with a longer but more passive resume.
What does the campaign manager interview process look like?
Most campaign manager interviews run two to four rounds. The first is typically a phone or video screen focused on your background and channel experience. A hiring manager round digs into specific campaigns you've led, how you set goals, and how you measured success. Many employers include a practical component, such as a take-home case study or a live exercise where you're asked to build a campaign brief, allocate a mock budget, or critique an existing campaign strategy.
Where can I find and apply to campaign manager jobs?
You can find and apply to campaign manager jobs on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from across the United States. Find roles that match your experience and specialization, then apply directly to each listing. New postings are added regularly, so checking back frequently gives you the best chance of catching roles early in the hiring cycle.
